My tips/habits: It really is so much easier when you have something to look forward to, even little things. I also like structure with a little spontaneity (of my own making). Recently I’ve stopped stressing about what ‘decent’ or ‘normal’ time I get out of bed and just accepted it is as it is. Ironically, the lack of anxiety over this is helping me to feel more relaxed and able to get up easier and in time to catch some daylight. I also have a strict turning off of bright lights and snuggle on the couch with a blanket after 8.00pm (on weekdays).
